摘要：
在当今改革开放的现代化社会中，英语论文范文，随着经济全球化的加深，英语成为国际通用语，因此翻译是沟通不同国家不同文化之间的桥梁，其影响不可小觑。然而，人们目光集中在经济政治等翻译领域以便适应当今世界的发展，英语论文范文，关于中国古典名著的翻译相对就淡然了。本课题以目的论下归化与异化的翻译理论为指导，通过对中国翻译家辜鸿铭、国外翻译家理雅各的翻译措施探讨，人物介绍，对其两个译本的对比，来略论中外不同文化背景下对《论语》的理解和翻译差别。最终做到能站在理论的高度上略论《论语》的英译成果，站在文化的角度略论《论语》翻译的国际交流影响。

Abstract:
With the development of reform and opening up and the globalization of the economy, English,as an language popular in the world and as the main tool of communication,has playing an increasing important role in modern society. Translation is a bridge linking the different cultures in different countries, and it contributes a lot in the modern society. However, people focus more on the economic and political fields in translation in order to adapt the need of the modern society, which leads to the shortage in the translation of the Chinese works. And the thesis will be conducted on the guiding of the theories of domestication and foreignization. Through the introduction of the Chinese translator Gu Hong-ming and foreign translator James Legge, the study of their translation methods and the comparison of the two versions, the author will analyze the different understanding to the Analects about the differences of the translation in different culture backgrounds.

1. Introduction
In modern society, people are paying more attention to the translation of practical writing to serve the society in real life . However, the Analects , as the cultural heritage delivering from the ancient times, also needs attention to meet the need of the process of economic globalization today.With the reform and opening up in China, the power of it is rising. In addition to the political and economic contact with the world, we also need to build a bridge for our colorful culture for five thousand years. The spread of culture must be related to the language, communication and the translation. A decent and proper translation is the channel bringing China to the world and also a must to let the world know about China.
