摘要
本文首先简要介绍汉语网络流行语英译的热潮，英语论文题目，回顾其英译近况，接着从汉语网络流行语的产生以及特征入手，略论汉语网络流行语“不可译性”的产生原因，英语论文题目，并从语言及文化角度对“不可译性”进行略论。最后提出汉语网络流行语“不可译性”的翻译策略：直译加注、意译、创造性翻译、移译。

Abstract
This paper begins with a brief introduction to prevails of Chinese Internet buzzwords’ translation, reviewing their current situation. From the emergence and features of Chinese Internet buzzwords, the detailed reasons for untranslatability are discussed from language and culture points. In the end, the relative workable translation strategies of untranslatability in Chinese network buzzwords are raised: literal translation with translator’s notes, free translation, creational translation and transference translation.

1. Introduction
1.1 Background information
With the development and globalization of economy, the rapid expansion of Internet and the increasing groups of Internet users, web has become one of the most important and indispensable tools for communication in the whole world. Men get billions of information through the Internet to understand the world better. Therefore, Internet buzzwords are becoming more and more important and to some degree, they present the moral values and different views of men to certain social phenomena. Network buzzwords reflect a variety of emotions and perspectives of various social strata towards the society and the country, and present the updating changes in a country in all aspects of economy, politics and culture. The translation of Internet buzzwords from one language to another, especially from Chinese to English, is a heated topic in the field of the translation now. However, due to the specific features of the Internet buzzwords, during translation, translators would meet barriers which can be defined untranslatability. Translatability and untranslatability are a pair of contradictory concept. For a long time, from ancient to modern, many a scholar has devoted their energy to the study of untranslatability and translatability and launched a heated discussion.
