Abstract
This paper aims to conduct analysis among different versions of Slow Slow Tune under the framework of Functional Translation Theory so as to highlight the strategies employed in the rhyme translation in classic Chinese poetry. With the guidance of the purposive rule, coherence role and fidelity rule, the application of rhyme in the translated versions is to be compared with the usage of rhyme in the original poem, and thus analyzing the effectiveness generated by different versions and underlining the most desirable translating strategy regarding to the translation of Classic Chinese Poetry: best translating effect is built on purposive rule. Given that the current research into this field is relatively limited, this paper offers a new perspective.

本文以功能翻译理论为框架,通过对声声慢不同英译本中押韵翻译措施的略论,研讨中国古典诗词押韵翻译的策略。从目的性法则,英语论文题目,连贯性法则和忠实性准则三方面出发,将声声慢不同英译本中的押韵措施与原文的押韵措施进行对比,略论不同翻译的产生的效果,英语论文题目,并提出古典诗词翻译的最佳翻译策略:在目的性法则的基础上能达到最佳效果。

Classical Chinese poetry is regarded to be the essence of Chinese culture and has drawn wide attention from many translators. The Slow Slow Tune written by Li Qingzhao in Song Dynasty sees several translated versions, among which are some excellent works worth noting. This paper conducts analysis toward the rhyme translation in different versions under the Functional Translation Theory so as to explore the feasible strategy applicable to classical Chinese poetry translation. |
