Direct speech act theory and the politeness principle is a pragmatic study of the main practical, understand the two actual, instructions for our usual career in some particular speech scene has sponsored and contribute to the expansion of foreign language teaching task. In this paper, the direct speech act and politeness principle as the basic practical practice, from the perspective of cross cultural relationship between the two. Through the analysis we can easily find doesn't exist corresponding relationship between pure direct speech and speak politely. The relationship between them is affected by many factors, such as context, cultural background, have the right relationship between language, power and responsibility etc.. Through the process of analysis, the people in the ordinary life as a choice of what kind of language forms, is also affected by many factors.
