Abstract:

Although Mr. last year had an experience in China, but through a short time after studying their cross-cultural communication but stance toward the negative growth bias, the emergence of a negative view of cross-cultural communication scene. On the basis of the results, and then stop the depth interview method, cross-cultural adaptation factors influence Mr. cross-cultural communication position have the lack of social support, the lack of mainstream culture, cross-cultural knowledge of career change. Other effects to Mr. cross cultural communication anxiety cross-cultural adaptation factors have experience of studying abroad, foreign language skills and accomplishments idea. On this, this study of the achievements of the suggestions and research limitations and outlook also will be in this study reviews the debate and show, this fruitful cross civilization spread and conform to the related theory, fill on the Thai left Mr. and short time study research lack of, and to the Chinese left Mr. governance Ren Wuqi to guide action.
