Abstract
On September 17th, 2017, the Occupy Wall Street Movement broke out, which spread to all America and Europe quickly, there was not a unified lead in the movement, but it became the central point of the world with a wink. With the winter coming, the number of participators of the movement decreased, on the May Day this year, the protestors took to the streets again, and they launched large-scale demonstrations, which got into conflict with the police. Though the protestors didn’t raise a clear and unified claim, it reflected many in depth social problems that need to be solved, such as high unemployment rate, twisted politics, and the collapse of the middle class. This year is the American election year; the two parties have to consider these social problems showcased in the movement.
This paper combines the study of Chinese and American literatures, and further analyzes the Wall Street Movement. It first gives a brief introduction to the background of the Wall Street Movement and analyzes the two questions: who will occupy Wall Street and what the protestors will occupy. Then it analyzes the process and the reasons of the three in depth social problems behind the movement, and put forward some possible solutions. After that, it analyzes the possible effects to America, including the presidential election and the government’s policies.
This study is not only a supplement to the insufficient study of the Wall Street movement, but also a reference for our government to solve the social problems in the developing process.

摘 要
2017年9月份爆发的“占领华尔街”运动迅速扩展到整个美国并波及欧洲，整个运动无明确的组织领导， 但却迅速成为世界新闻媒体关注的焦点。运动由于冬季的到来，人数逐渐减少，作用力也日渐衰落，英语论文范文，但在今年的五一劳动节期间，示威者又重新走上街头，展开了大规模的游行示威活动，并和警察发生了冲突，运动的具体进展我们将进一步关注。这场运动虽然没有提出具体明确的要求，但却反映了美国目前一些急需解决的社会问题，如高失业率，政治扭曲，中产阶层的塌陷及两极分化。今年又适逢美国大选，美国的两党都不得不考虑这些问题。
本文结合了中美对占领华尔街运动的现有探讨，对本次运动进行了更深层次的探索。文章首先对占领运动的起因概况做了简单介绍并具体略论了谁会占领华尔街和占领华尔街的什么这两个问题，接下来文章全面略论了运动背后的三个美国深层次的社会问题，就其形成过程、原因进行了理论略论并提出了可能的解决办法，后面文章又对本次运动可能产生的作用做了进一步略论，引用了很多权威的数据支撑本文。
本文不仅是对中西方对占领运动探讨不足的一种补充，也为我国解决发展过程当中的社会问题提供了一定的参考依据。
