征婚广告是征婚者在报纸、杂志或网络等传媒上公布个人信息、寻求配偶的一种广告形式。征婚广告是一类特殊的广告,它不同于公司或商业广告,英语毕业论文,而是个人广告。它最直接的目的是引起读者对征婚者的注意和兴趣,使征婚者深深的印入读者的记忆,并且因此采取行动。闲暇时间里,我读了很多关广告英语于英国征婚广告的书籍。通过阅读这些书籍,英语论文,可以发现每一条征婚广告不仅反映其特有的西方社会文化风情,更体现着多姿多彩的英语语言特色。

Abstract 摘要: Matrimonial ad is a kind of advertisement about a person that he or she puts in a newspaper, magazine or website etc in order to meet a romantic partner. The matrimonial ad is some special kind of ad , because it’s not enterprise or commercial ad but personal ad. As a special kind of advertisement, its most direct purpose is to arouse the ideal reader's attention to the advertiser, which takes action. In my spare time, I read a lot of matrimonial ads of Britain. And the more I read ,the more I like it. By reading it, with each ad not only reflects the western social and cultural customs of its own, and embodies the variety of English language features. Linguists have made enormous efforts on discourse analysis of matrimonial ads from different language point of view. So far, research on the language features of matrimonial ads has not drawn people’s enough attention. Language is the supporter of culture, it cannot exist without culture and it also can reflect the culture.
