【摘要】:
近年来,随着全球化趋势的加强和中国经济的迅猛发展,越来越多的德国企业进驻中国市场。然而,由于中德两国文化、价值观等的异同,中德员工的时间观念存在一定的分歧,并成为双方之间误解、沟通失败的导火索。对此,本文将就中德公司员工的时间观念进行全面、深入的探讨略论,为管理层就如何减少、消除该类冲突提供借鉴。
本文试图考察中德公司员工的时间观念异同。在对时间探讨方面的理论与实践成果做文献回顾后,作者使用了单向-多向,过去-现在-未来取向等文化维度,重点略论了中德员工在时间观念上的不同点,并相应得出了六个建设性假设。本文采用定量略论法,分别以德国本土企业与中国本土企业的员工为考察对象。通过发放、回收问卷、略论数据,作者分别从六大方面对假设进行了深入、具体的论证,包括:单向-多向,过去-现在-未来取向,守时,工作与谈判节奏把握,工作、生活平衡,长期-短期取向等。最后,本文指出了探讨的局限性,并对中德跨国公司在时间管理等方面提出了一些建议。
