摘要：
近年来，《哈利•波特》系列小说在中国流行，吸引了大量儿童和成年读者。《哈利•波特》中有大量魔法术语，翻译工作比较困难，英语论文题目，这些魔法术语大多数来自拉丁语的词根，或者很多魔法术语是罗琳凭空想象出来的，译者对这些魔法术语的处理就会受到语境、语言和文化背景等的限制和作用。本文以《哈利•波特》这部文学著作为例，对著作中魔法术语的翻译进行略论探讨，英语论文题目，从接受美学角度对作品中已经成形的魔法术语翻译进行研讨，对今后外来魔幻小说的翻译提供一定的翻译策略参考与建议，使译者能够更好的满足译本读者的阅读期待，使译本读者更好的理解原著。

Abstract：
In recent years, Harry Potter series of novels popular in China, attracting a large number of children and adult readers. There are a lot of magic terms in Harry Potter, which translation is difficult. Most of these magic terms come from the Latin root, and a lot of magic terms are from Rowling’s imagination. The translation of these terms would be influenced by the magical context, language and cultural background. This paper analyzes Chinese translation of magic terms in Harry Potter, to research magic terminology translation of Harry Potter from reception aesthetic, to provide reference and proposed strategies on translation of foreign fantasy novels in the future.

1. Introduction
At present, a lot of researches on Harry Potter have been published, which can be divided into categories. Some researches focus on effect of Harry Potter, the phenomenon of popularity of Harry Potter and the multicultural character of the novel, Some research the Chinese translation of the book, analyze it by translation theories and review the Chinese translation, point out weakness, mistranslation and offer constructive suggestions.
This paper is a study of the classification of magic terminology on Chinese version of Harry Potter from perspective of reception aesthetic.
