Abstract:

Foreign car companies in China agile growth in China to bring economic growth at the same time, it also brings negative results, such as cleaning, labor relations etc.. People began to increasingly concern foreign car companies in the China corporate social responsibility. Since 2017, German car brand unique China car exports Ngau Tau, leapt to the top. Thus, the German car brand in the major group of Companies in China as the research object. In this paper, in the framework of the real civilization, through the mechanism of the actual impact process research on corporate social responsibility, the influence mechanism of automobile enterprises to implement social comment on the Foreign capital company obligations, and as a practical basic. In this paper, through the analysis of the process of German and Chinese culture differences, and the enterprises of the two countries action of social obligation and the mechanism of the impact of the differences. The results showed that German car enterprises in China to implement the mechanisms of the effect of exercise on corporate social responsibility.
