Comparing the present with the past, the flow of time is gradually accelerated because of the rapid development of scientific technology. Many problems have been suggested like the liquidity and end of corporation-centered knowledge dominance, technology development cost, knowledge environment, and environmental change. Like this, recently, the perception of the importance of creating innovation using open innovation by SMEs(Small-Medium Enterprises) is increasing. Especially, as the 99% of Korean companies are SMEs, it is necessary to have researches on open innovation. Therefore, this study deals with the performance of open Innovation activities of SMEs. Suggesting the corporate R&D capability and organizational culture as preceding factors of open innovation activities, and suggesting collaboration activity and exploratory activity as sub-factors of open innovation activities, this study measures the effects of these preceding factors on innovation performance. Targeting 3,245 manufacturing businesses registered as partners enterprise of Korea Institute of Industrial Technology and survey analysis, Total 91 samples excluding missing value questionnaires were analyzed. Using SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 21.0 statistical program, the path analysis was conducted. In the results of the study, both R&D capability and organizational culture had positive effects on collaboration activity and exploratory activity. Regarding the effects of open innovation activities on innovation performance, collaboration activity has effects on innovation performance while exploratory activity had no effects on innovation performance. Also, organizational culture had positive effects on innovation performance while R&D capability had no effects on it. The results of this study showed that SMEs were carrying out diverse open innovation activities to secure the competitive advantage in market environment. If can be seen that open innovation activities is not always positive for innovation performance, and it suggests that there is a lack of time-series problems and R&D capacity depending on characteristics of SMEs. ,韩语论文,韩语毕业论文 |
