Organizations have various cultures, and the characteristics of their culture have great impacts on the form of behaviors and way of thinking of the organization members. An aviation maintenance organization is not a simple organization that performs maintenance services. Since it is an organization that must maintain aircraft consisting of a comprehensive and systematic organization system in the best state so that it can make a flight, the performance of the organization is directly connected to aviation safety, and organization members’ safety awareness cannot but have a direct impact on aviation safety. This study was conducted to examine whether the characteristics of culture type have impacts on the safety behaviors of maintenance technicians in the air force maintenance depot, mediated by safety culture and leadership and what relationships safety behaviors have accidents of their own negligence and accidents by environmental factors. In order to understand these, this study examined the contents dealt in the preceding studies concerning characteristics of culture type and safety culture, leadership and safety behaviors and attempted an integrative analysis, including the impacts of safety behaviors on accidents in its research model. As a result of the study, it turned out that the characteristics of culture type have an impact on safety behaviors with the mediation of safety culture and leadership. In other words, safety culture and leadership are affected by the organization’s unique culture, and consequently, the impact is delivered to the organization members. Through these results, understanding the level of the safety culture of an organization maintaining the air force will be able to make more methods and countermeasures for the formation of safety culture that can reduce the occurrence of accidents and the promotion of leadership. ，韩语论文网站，韩语毕业论文 |
