Linhui Tang has made a new model to explain the Hofstede culture dimensions. We base on this model to add same new factors to make a new culture scores, and compare it with Hofstede(HF) and Linhui Tang(TK)’s scores to GLOBE and macro variables. It is found that TK model have a high correlation with GLOBE and macro variables.
