The main purpose of this research is to explore the relationship between self-worth contingencies, self-esteem and subjective well-being. 211 Chinese university students and 220 Korean university students were asked to complete the Contingencies of Self-worth Scale, the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Inventor, the Positive and negative Affect Scale and the Satisfaction with Life Scale. The results showed that there were significant difference in appearance CSW, competition CSW, others’ approval CSW, virtue CSW and positive and negative affect. Chinese students showed higher scores in virtue CSW, positive affect and negative affect, and lower scores in appearance CSW, competition CSW and other's approval CSW than Korean students. For Chinese students, appearance CSW and other’s approval CSW negatively correlated with self-esteem and positive affect, and positively correlated with negative affect. Family's support CSW and virtue CSW positively correlated with positive affect. For Korean students, the other's approval CSW negatively correlated with self-esteem, positive affect and satisfaction with life, and positively correlated with negative affect. Family's support CSW positively correlated with self-esteem and satisfaction with life. Virtue CSW positively correlated with satisfaction with life as well. ,韩语论文网站,韩语毕业论文 |
