This is a study to analyze the monitoring system of National Intangible Cultural Heritage in Korea. Since 2010, the Cultural Heritage Administration has been a 「National Intangible Cultural Heritage Public-Events Monitoring System」. This system was aimed at establishing a sustainable protection support policy by grasping the current state of ICH at national level. However, I conducted field surveys and confirmed ‘tensions between demonstration and evaluation’ at the public-event sites that I examined. The actual operation of the system not only sees a gap in its initial objectives and direction, but also raises a conflict among several participants. The monitoring evaluation indexes are being discussed, and the participating parties are exposed to the limits of their roles and show multilayered interests. I have presented the necessity and relevance of research on monitoring systems in ICH and anthropology through previous research. In the existing intangible cultural studies, the monitoring system was introduced, but the monitoring was not seriously discussed in academia. Recent trends in monitoring research in the policy field have been on the rise, and the field of ICH policy is also in need of research. It is also necessary to study academia in order to produce and change the appropriate system that matches the nature and reality of ICH. In this study, it will be the first research to walk that step. ,韩语论文范文,韩语论文 |
