This study analyzed the actual conditions of dance activities at elementary care classroom and performed a literature research in order to apply dance activities as a form of method for the enhancement of the learning quality at elementary care classroom. In order to specifically analyze the conditions of dance activities at elementary care classroom, the related details of the dance activities were analyzed based on the Art Care Project of Seoul Culture Foundation, which is funded by the government. The details of the fundamental study for the application of dance activities at elementary care classroom are as follows. First, it is about the operation system of the dance activities at elementary care classroom. The operation system is centered on TA. The research and preparation process is conducted approximately one to two months prior to the program, and the post evaluation consists of a self-evaluation by the operator, coworker evaluation, and institute evaluation. Second, it is about the structural system of the dance activity in education program at elementary care classroom. The conditions for applying dance activity in the education program were indicated in the forms of application, details of methods, and the activities. The applied form was repertoire and creativity. The application methods were objet, expression, storytelling and playing, phenomenon and nature, characters, space, communication and relationship, and music. Among these, the sub-activities related to stimulation and recreations were applied more compared to other sub-activities. Third, it is about the major effects of the dance activity in education program at elementary care classroom. The major effects of the dance activity in education program can be divided into four aspects: individual effects, operational effect, satisfaction rate, and behavioral intentions due to satisfaction rate. Based on these results, the conclusion of this study is as follows. The dance activities at elementary care classroom were operated by the experts of art education, who received professional training, through intensive preparation process. Through the process, the forms of repertoire and creative dances have been applied via diverse educational methods and contents, and the effects are analyzed to be highly positive.
