The main purpose of this study is to provide the foundational materials helping improvement of military power through reduction of job stress among military men. Especially for above mentioned purpose, dance itinerant projects in military camps which are supported by cultural welfare department of National Lottery Fund were analysed, and this research study will be helpful to dance artist societies to execute those projects.
As a total art, dance is very helpful to work promotion and improvement of military power by physical development in acting body, emotional development in expressing feelings, cooperative development or social development in activities of community.
To complete this study three research methods are adopted, which are basically literature study, then website research and telephone interview research.
This study is consist of five main chapter.
In chapter 1, introduction to study is stated, including needs and purpose, research-methodology, process, limitations of this research, and analysis of preceding study.
In the next chapter the researcher tried to lay the foundation of theoretical background by explaining the main concepts and definitions of cultural welfare itinerant projects, and characteristics of military structure and men, the concepts of dance and dance education.
For the third chapter the present conditions of cultural welfare projects of national lottery fund supported by governmental ministries and non-governmental societies are written, including basic understanding of those projects, detailed explanations of objects and categories of the receivers of this support system, and the states of yearly budgets, programs, number of receivers.
In the fourth chapter purpose and needs of dance itinerant projects in military camps are descripted and the present conditions of these protects are added, such as the chosen societies, practical programs which are executing at front level on the yealy basis, and the limitations of these projects.
And finally, this study is concluded with the positive conclusion and desirable suggestions for the further study.
In this study the researcher found the adaptability and strong points of dance itinerant projects, though there are already so many programs to develop prevention education solving military job stress.
One of difficulties to progress this study is limitations of preceding study to relate between dance education and military camp situation. The researcher could not find any other preceding researched materials to help my research study.
But in this research study the researcher drew the meaningful conclusion, even though there are so many difficulties to execute this projects at practical level, which are administrative misunderstandings and mistakes of governmental and non government supporters, problems of choosing the dance education societies, rare opportunities of dance education to military men, and lacks of spatial preparation to be taught.
Even though the researcher just provided basic research materials in this study, the researcher expect that the next researcher can study at the deeper level to revitalize the dance itinerant education project.
