For ages, Both Nations have been celebrating their diverting holidays, amazing festivals, various riveting ceremonies, wonderful traditions and entertaining rituals according to their religion, beliefs, faith and old habits. It should be admitted, Buddhism and Confucianism strongly influenced to the majority of korean national ceremonies such as funeral, birthday and wedding. In it's turn, the deep impact of Islam and Zoroastrianism we can see in every bits of Uzbek national holidays, rituals and ceremonies. In spite of their developing in different cultural ways and geographical, territorial, climatic varieties, national diversity, like other asian peoples, both of culture have nearness, proximity and similarity. This research work tries to appeal and analyze these similarity and diversity based on history, facts also scientific factors. Close economical partnership and old friendly relations cause current of citizens and students to work and live in both countries. A lot of South Korean companies and joint ventures are acting in Uzbekistan. It should be noted that tourism is highly rising between two countries nowadays. This research work will help those who are abroad to understand both alien society. This thesis consists of four chapters. The first chapter is introduction which includes objectives of the study and methods of research. The second chapter refers general outlines and background of the study.
