论文摘要:
跨国公司在东道国撤资与其投资活动一样是一种非常普遍的现象.究竟是什么原因导致公司撤资?又是基于什么因素导致公司采取不同的撤资方式?（略）,既是一个重要的理论问题和实证问题,而且关于投资公司而言,也是（略）的管理议题.本探讨从组织生态观点和策略观点,关于在华韩国公司撤资以及撤资方式的决定因素进行了初步略论,探讨结果概要如下.
首先,根据组织生态理论对公司死亡原因的解释,本探讨设立了九个假设:⒈样本（略）在华投资经营年龄之间存在负的关系;⒉样本公司撤资与其在华投资经营年龄之间存在正的关系;⒊样本公司撤资与其初始投资额之间存在负的关系;⒋样本（略）同产业其他外商公司密度之间存在负的关系;⒌样本公司撤资与不同产业中国本土公司密度之间存在负的关系;⒍样本公司撤资与不同产业（略）之间存在负的关系;⒎样本公司撤资与同一产业其他外商公司密度之间存在正的关系;⒏样本公司撤资与同一产业中国本土公司密度之间存在正的关系;⒐样本公司撤资与同一产业韩国公司密度之间存在正的关系.
