Through the comparison of cuisine verbs in Korean and Chinese, this thesis makes the educational program about Korean cuisine verbs for Chinese advanced learners. The first chapter makes a prior study on the necessity of the education of cuisine verbs, and analyses the research situation about cuisine verbs in Korea and Chinese. In the second section, we illuminate the characteristics of heating cuisine verbs between Korea and Chinese. Then we analyse the heating cuisine verbs and make suggestions to the Korean textbooks. According to the 'Study On the Using Frequency of Contemporary Korean' and 'Frequency Dictionary of Korean basic vocabulary meaning', we select 16 Korean cuisine verbs to in-depth analysis. Finally, we create the lesson plan about the education of Korean cuisine verbs for Chinese learners. The lesson plan for primary Chinese learners is done in form of PPT. For intermediate learners, the cooking show is used as teaching method. When the senior learners are the object of the education program, news listening is applied to the lesson plan.
