A Study on Educational Contents of Get-together Culture at Korean Companies Utilizing TV Dramas : focusing on comparison of a Korean drama, 'Misaeng' and a Chinese drama, 'Gibongjeoksu' One of marked changes caused by globalization in Korea is rapid increase of the number of foreign students to Korea. Having sentiment and cultural awareness of foreigners occupy more than objective factors. Having Korean company culture, Korean attitudes and life style serves always an important role in a crucial moment at Korean companies. If Chinese works in their attitude as a Chinese at a Korean company, they would have practical problems in relationships, promotion, etc. as well as be personally stressed out. To get a job they want in Korea, they need to experience Korean company culture in advance and adapt to it. If they are educated about Korean culture with TV dramas, they can generally understand Korean culture in a short time and concentrate on it, so they will be easy to approach literatures. Imaging texts are not just texts showing general social culture and behavioral culture, but more importantly, are something about mental codes of a country. Therefore, to easily approach Korea company culture, a representative Korean drama impling company culture, ‘Misaeng(2014)’ and a Chinese one, ‘Gibongjeoksu(2012)’ have been selected. Only few studies on employment of Chinese students in Korea exist. The two countries seem to have only few cultural differences, but it is easy to have disappointing behaviors and social situations with cultural difference. However, advanced learners have little in-depth cultural education. Students who study advanced Korean and instructors who teach Korean should regard education about a cultural aspect such as thoughts ideas, etc. as an important factor. This study is to make Chinese students who will get a job in Korea understand Korean Confucian ideas and cultural factors of culture of concept by explaining difference between get-together culture at Korean and Chinese companies with comparison of a Korean drama, ‘Misaeng’ and a Chinese one, ‘Gibongjeoksu’ and draw educational contents of get-together culture at Korean companies for them to adapt to Korean culture fast. ，免费韩语论文，韩语论文 |
