This research has been conducted to empirically examine the influences of job stress and organizational trust on the job performance. As the basis of previous related researches, research model and hypothesis were designed and analysed. 350 questionnaires from more than 10 companies of China Shanxi province region by on-site and e-mail were obtained and analyzed. SPSS19.0 software was used for descriptive statistical analysis, factor analysis, independent-samples T test, correlation analysis and regression analysis to verify the research hypotheses. The main conclusions are showed as follows:
First, job stress source is composed of four factors, and these four kinds of stresses will influence job performance in different ways.
Second, the organizational trust has significant positive correlation with job performance. That is, the higher the level of organizational trust is, the higher their job performance.
As the basis of the research results, this suggests some polices to manage company’s job stress. This research also provides useful guidance in the work of Human Resource Management and helps enterprise employees to resolve job pressure by the way of improving their organizational trust.
