This research has been conducted to empirically examine the influences of job stress and organizational trust on the job performance. As the basis of previous related researches, research model and hypothesis were designed and analysed. 350 questionnaires from more than 10 companies of China Shanxi province region by on-site and e-mail were obtained and analyzed. SPSS19.0 software was used for descriptive statistical analysis, factor analysis, independent-samples T test, correlation analysis and regression analysis to verify the research hypotheses.
