Among many kinds of leadership theories ethical leadership become an issue which is widely studied, focusing on the ethical behavior(강승완, 2013), in recently years, ethical leadership whether have a positive effect on the organizational member's attitude and behavior is a general concern for academic and business circles.(Brown & Treviño, 2006; Treviño & Brown, 2004). The study heat on the leadership of the domestic scholars is unabated, but the study on the ethical leadership is so limited. Under the background above mentioned, We are exploring a program which is focusing on ethical leadership has a positive effect on the organizational member’s attitude and reducing members unethical behavior. Through this study, we want to provide theoretical foundation for actual work in the organizations.
We took the convenient sampling method and questionnaire survey to get data, used SPSS 22.0 and 5-point Likert scale. The survey was conducted with employees from T-bank of ulan bator in Mongolia and the response of 180 people was used for analysis. In performing this present research, poorly-answered surveys were excluded among the collected data for statistical processing.
From the theoretical perspective of this study, increasing the job satisfaction and organizational commitment of organizational members and reducing unethical behavior becomes a way to improve the performance of organizations. The revelation of this study is constituted by the social responsibility consciousness and awareness organization caring. It has already exceeded the limitation of the approximation in terms of the structural functionalism, yet managing the party by means of the sense of sharing of members. The utility of the approximation of the organization cultural has become a support for the party. (Schein, 1985; 서인덕, 1986).
This study has both theoretical significance and practical significance, ethical leadership have significant influence on the job satisfaction and organizational commitment. We also can be seen that Mongolia organizations should make efforts to promote and develop the ethical leadership from this study.
