A few years ago, there was a serious phenomenon among the carting industry of Jinan that it is hard for the employers to find the employees, which gave the growth of the carting industry and the living standard of the residents in Jinan a serious influence. Basing on this phenomenon, I want to find the reason of this phenomenon by making an acquaintance of the employees’inward world deeply to better the phenomenon. So I talk with many employees in carting industry many times and master their altitude towards their enterprise that“this is not my enterprise”, “I have no sense of belonging here”,“I am not belong here”, these words prove that their standard of Psychological ownership is very low. And when it comes to de cause, they usually say “they have no right of words”,“the organization do not accept my sense of worth”, this reflect that they have a low-standard POS. Based on the deeply talking, I assume that the POS influence the Psychological ownership to some degree.
Based on the assumption , this studies the relationship between the POS and Psychological ownership by deeply-talking, -studying, questionnaire survey and data analysis synthetically to check the assumption above. And then further study the intensity of the influence on the Psychological ownership from the three aspects of POS to help the managers to understand the inward world of the employees and descend the separation rate.
Through empirical research and related data analysis, this the following conclusions:
Firstly, Jinan carting industry employees' perceived organizational support and psychological ownership level is low. In three dimensions of perceived organizational support, the lowest levels of value identity, it also broke the previous managers think that as long as give employees good support can meet the employees' ideas, it also remind managers in the management process to pay attention to the value of employees and identity.
Secondly, Demographic variables for the perceived organizational support and psychological ownership has a certain influence. Through the study of this article we can see that working age, education level and variable for the employee's perceived organizational support and psychological ownership can produce certain effect. Such as the higher education level, employees feel the lower the value of identity. By studying these variables for the influence of perceived organizational support and psychological ownership, for managers in practice with differentiated management provides a theoretical basis.
Thirdly, Perceived organizational support and its three dimensions and significantly correlation between psychological ownership. Through data analysis, this study can be seen that three dimension of perceived organizational support and psychological ownership significantly positive correlation between.
Fourthly,Dimensions perceived organizational support for the predictive power of different psychological ownership. Through data analysis, obtained in this study, perceived organizational support of three dimensions can have a certain prediction effect of psychological ownership, but the predictive power is different.
In this , although the relationship between perceived organizational support and psychological ownership on the research of has obtained certain achievements, but because of personal ability and the limitation of manpower and financial resources, etc, also has certain insufficiency, subject to the further research in the future.
