This thesis covers factors related to productivity and a case study for the productivity improvement of Mongolian GOBI LC cashmere company.
Independent variables are factory organization activities in organization management, and factory working conditions and employee growth & development in human resource management. Mediating variable is productivity improvement programs. Dependent variables are management performance and employee satisfaction.
This results are summarized as follows. Factory organization activities, factory working conditions, and employee growth & development have significant effects on productivity improvement programs. But factory working conditions have negative effects on the productivity improvement programs. Productivity improvement programs have respectively positive effects on management performances and employee satisfaction.
