This study is to find the influence of guide's capability on the chinese tourists' satisfaction and behavioral intentions. The guide's capability includes the information provide capability, customer empathic capability and risk rolling capability. Guides are not just responsible for guiding tourists, but they are the ambassadors, cultural commentators, and the cultural mediators. The sample was drawn from chinese traveller visited Korea. 290 questionnaires were returned out of 300 questionnaires, 200 questionnaires were used for data analysis. The results are summarized as follows. First, the role performance of guides influenced traveller's satisfaction of guide positively.
