This thesis focuses on the contrast of phonological phenomena in Korean and Chinese. Many articles on the differences between Korean and Chinese have been written by many researchers. But no article or thesis on the phonological phenomena of Chinese has been found in Korea. So I tried to figure out what phonological phenomena are in Chinese.
This study is the comparison of Korean and Chinese phonology, phonological system in two languages, common syllable structure, phonology phenomenon, and differences in understanding the purpose of language.
