The purpose of this thesis is to suggest the educational materials for effective communications of couples of married female immigrants. Thus, I want to suggest the practical materials, constructing the methods of the educational materials and planning the syllabus. Prior studies of Korean education for female immigrants and Korean teaching materials haven't provided the effective way of communication which can solve the troubles of couples of female immigrants undergo.
Therefore, in this thesis, I want to suggest the strategies of communications to minimize family trouble caused by the stress of female immigrants and to promote their successful and healthy settlement in Korean society.
Furthermore, I want to provide the teaching methods for those strategies. For this purpose, a survey was given to the female immigrant learners and their teachers about the most difficult situation at home, the most preferred communication mate and the need of reference.
Secondly, the reality and the frequency of dialogues between couples are analyzed through text books.
Thirdly, the communication themes and strategies of Korean couples are extracted by surveying the conversations among Korean couples.
In addition, those survey data were verified its validity with references to statistics of KOSIS and were arranged to suggest the strategies of communication to solve hard situation of homelife. Lastly, practical materials that can be used in actual education are developed from the organized data.
