色彩詞作為語言詞彙系統中的一個特定類別, 用其獨特的方式描寫著人們對於色彩的感知經驗. 人對色彩的認知取決于人的生理機制, 自然色的內在屬性, 以及人文狀況(歷史, 文化, 信仰, 習俗等). 本文將通過對韓中兩種語言中出現的基本色彩視覺詞彙的研究, 略论出韓中兩國人對於視覺的認知差異, 另一方面則通過兩國人民的日常交流中出現的各種與色彩相關的表達方式, 以及第三國人學習這兩門語言時希望能起到一定的影响.
本文把 '青, 紅, 黃, 白, 黑' 五種基本視覺色彩詞, 以及能夠表述色彩的詞彙作為研究對象.
作者從韓國的『표준국어대사전』,『우리말 분류 사전』以及中國的『現代漢語詞典』中，找出以上提到的各種色彩詞彙作為研究基礎. 作者在第二章選定基本色彩的詞彙群, 通過其構造和語義構造的對照略论后總結出韓中色彩詞彙的共同點和不同點. 第三章則通過略论韓中色彩詞彙在例句中的各種意義的擴張方向以及擴張過程, 略论出韓中兩國人的認知差異, 探索韓中兩國民族的社會風貌和文化心裡, 從而達到本文的研究目的.
