Smart phone has been widely used all through the world because of its excellent accessibly, portability and convenience. Multiple applications on the smart phone bring the users convenience. Smart phone is most popular in education and study. Since the electronic media is widely used in scene education conditions, education applications based on smart phone is also increased dramatically. Smart phone is one of the most important way especially in foreign language education and study. But recently most popular foreign language application is English, Korean education applications has not been developed much yet. Speaking Korean applications is much more difficult to find in such a few Korean education applications. Generally we are sure that we have excellent skills in spoken English, but most of the Korean learners have difficulty in directly communication with those who's mother tongue is Korean.
Hence I have explained design plans for speaking Korean education applications in this . In order to let Chinese learners improve their accuracy and fluency of spoken Korean by using the application of smart phones, which can boost their confidence as well, this dissertation would like to propose a design framework of spoken Korean language leaning application on smart phone. This dissertation has made an analysis on the existing foreign language applications, and a research work on the environment of foreign language education by the smart phone. In the end part of the article, we try to make a design and production framework of spoken Korean education applications.
It is still a concern whether such an application can be worked out according to this design framework. But with the development of technology and the updating of other new foreign language education applications, we are very confident that Korean language education application will come true in the near future.
