The field of organizational justice continues to be marked by several important research questions, including the size of relationships among justice dimensions, the relative importance of different justice criteria, and the unique effects of justice dimensions on key outcomes. In addition, turnover represents a significant cost in many organizations, and previous studies indicate that perceptions of justice can increase organizational citizenship behavior. This study investigates the effect of organizational justice on organizational citizenship behaviour: focusing on mediating role of organizational trust. In this study, i divided the concept of organizational justice into four types of justice -distributive justice, procedural justice, interpersonal justice and informational justice - while most of precedent research on organizational justice has been focussed on procedural, informational and interpersonal justice. I test my model of organizational citizenship behavior with a sample of 150 employees. |
