In this study, the person's suffix of sino-korean word is the main research subject. I determined the differentiation capacity and the mean type of the person's suffix of sino-korean word . And in the research, I mainly analyzed the word that show the meaning of job such as -자, -가, -인, -사, -수 etc.
In the study on the sino-korean word, the existence of the suffix of sino-korean word is allowed but the standard about it is different and the word list is different. so for the seek of my job I set up the standard about the person's suffix of sino-korean word . and then extract the person's suffuix of sino-korean word accroding to the standard.
And then, I analyzed the meaning of the person's suffuix of sino-korean word and classified the person's suffuix of sino-korean word by the meaning. The sino-korean the Sino-Korean has the different characteristics compared with the chinese character. So, I investigated the difference in standard-making and indexing on person's suffix classification between the chinese and the Sino-Korean. Also, I analyzed the different meaning patterns and their characteristics on person's suffix.
In a nutshell, the research issue is substantially as follows.
First, about the standard of the person's suffix of sino-korean word, it is based on the suffix of sino-korean word and added the meaning of human.
Second, I focused on analyzing the meaning of the person's suffix of sino-korean word and According to the meaning of the word, it is divided into six categories.
Suffixes in Korean have strong capacity to create new words. Therefore, the research about suffix is very useful to the formation of word's theoretical research .Moreover, it is also very necessary to the vocabulary education. Although, this is only the research about the person's suffix of sino-korean word, we can verify many examples through the study.

본 연구는 한국 한자어 인칭접미사를 대상으로 한 연구이다. 한자어 인칭접미사의 어휘 분화 기능과 의미 유형을 밝히고 이들의 본질적 특성을 규명해 보려는 데 목적을 두었다. 아울러 “-자, -가, -인, -사, -수”등 직업을 나타내는 인칭접미사를 주요 연구 대상으로 대조언어학적인 방법으로 한․중 두 언어에서의 의미기능의 공통점과 차이점을 밝혔다.
한자어에 대한 연구에서 대부분접미사를 설정하고는 있지만 그 설정 기준이 서로 달라 접미사의 목록도 일치하지 않는다. 어디까지 접미사로 보아야 할지 객관적인 기준이 아직 없다. 그래서 위의 작업을 하기 위해 우선 한자어 인칭 접미사의 설정 기준을 세우고 이 기준에 부합하는 한자어 인칭 접미사를 추출하여 한자어 인칭 접미사의 목록을 작성했다.
작성한 목록에 따라 한자어 인칭 접미사의 의미 기능을 분석하고 의미 유형을 나누었다. 한자어 인칭 접미사의 의미를 분석할 때 사전에서 설정된 의미를 기초로 하여 더 구체적이고 세분화된 의미를 밝혔고 대조 언어학적인 연구 방법도 도입해서 한․중 두 언어에서 의미 기능의 공통점과 차이점을 밝혔다. 그리고 의미 기능을 분석할 때 직업 의미를 나나낸 인칭접미사를 중점으로 분석했다. 앞에 진행한 의미 분석에 따라 한자어 인칭 접미사를 6가지 유형을 나누었다.
지금까지 연구한 것을 요약하면 다음과 같다.
첫째, 한자어 인칭접미사의 설정 기준에 대해서는 중심의미에 부가적 의미를 덧붙여 주는 한자 형태소는 접미사로 처리할 것, 1음절의 의존 형식일 것, 한자어 축약형도 포함할 것, 단어 형성력을 가질 것, 어기와의 사이에 휴지를 두면 안 될 것을 접미사 설정기준으로 정하고 여기에 [/사람]의 의미만을 추가하는 것으로 설정하였다. 인칭접미사의 목록은 그 설정 기준에 맞추어 사전에서 접미사로 인정한 것을 중심으로 가감하여 표로 작성하였다.
둘째, 한자어 인칭접미사가 어떠한 의미를 가지고 있는가를 앞선 연구들을 중점으로 살펴보고 6가지 의미 유형으로 나눴다. 한자어 인칭접미사는 부정적 의미가 거의 없고 높임이나 존경의 뜻과 같은 긍정의 의미를 가지는 것이 일반적이고 직업을 나타내는 것이 대부분이다. 인간의 특징, 비난 등 의미를 나타내는 고유어 인칭접미사는 주로 부정적인 의미를 가지고 있지만 한자어 인칭접미사 중에서 많지 않다. 사람의 무리나 자격, 기타의 의미 유형에서 다룬 인칭접미사는 부정이나 긍정의 의미를 가지지 않았다.
접미사는 현대 한국어에서 활발하게 파생어를 만들어 내므로 단어 형성론의 공시적 연구를 위하여 중요한 의의를 가지며, 올바른 조어 교육을 위해서도 자세하게 다루어질 필요가 있다. 비록 한자어 인칭접미사만을 대상으로 하는 선별적 연구에 지나지 않지만 이러한 개별 접미사의 의미 분석을 통해 여러 가지의 용례를 검토할 수 있다.
