Single words may lead to more than one interpretation simply because one of the words has more than one meaning. lexical ambiguity is subdivided into two distinct types, namely homonymy and polysemy. Two experiments were conducted to investigate the representations and processing between homonym and polysemy in korean. Participants performed relatedness judgement task in experimentⅠ, or performed sensicality judgement task in experiment Ⅱ. ExperimentⅠ examined on whether reaction times and relatedness scores are distinguished from relevant meanings or senses pairs and irrelevant meanings or senses them that contained polysemous and homonymous verbs. In experiment Ⅱ, whether relevant prime sentences activate target sentences in ambiguous verbs. These experiments provide evidence that meanings of homonymous verbs have separate lexical entry, on the contrary, senses of polysemous verbs share core sense each other. ,韩语论文,韩语论文范文 |
