Korean and Japanese have many similarities in form like phonology ? vocabulary ? grammar and language use. These similarities can be helpful for transition between languages but there are obstacles too. They have their own features and don't make similar expressions in all situations. Japanese which use the expressive law of passive voice has been more developed and is unfamiliar to the Korean speakers studying Japanese. This makes the transition for a Korean speaker difficult. The Japanese passive voice is quite simple but the Korean one is varying and less standard. Although Japanese makes the sentences in the passive, Korean are not always matched by the way. In addition to, the causative passive voice does not exist in Korean so when you translate Japanese sentences to Korean, you just guess the meaning from the context. That's why we need to make clear how Korean answers to not only the Japanese passive, which comes to be classified with various meaning but the causative passive and what it contains in the sentences.
Therefore, I'm going to analyze each meaning difference with both languages' active voice to each one's passive voice as the central figure and find out clearly what the differences are between each language for the purpose of preparing study materials and researching Japanese, hereafter.
