The purpose of this study is to analyze the satisfaction of the practical family-friendly system and the necessity of adopting a new system to create a family-friendly culture in police organizations. 273 police officers were surveyed and the following results were revealed regarding the family-friendly system in operation. First, the satisfaction level of women was higher than that of men. This is because women's household roles are still considered more important when it comes to the work-family compatibility. Secondly, the satisfaction level of young people who are in their 20s and 30s is higher than those in their 40s. Thirdly, the satisfaction level of single people was higher than that of married people. Fourth, the satisfaction level of households without children was higher than those with the children. This is because the targets who want to use the family-friendly system are the younger generation, and the targets who will benefit from the future implementation of the system are singles and households with no children. Thus, their expectation of the system is reflected. Most of the respondents answered positively the necessity of introducing the system and it revealed that the system most needed by the police organization was a service for families with a patient. To overcome the limitation of this survey, in-depth interviews were conducted and the results showed that awareness of the family-friendly system in the police organization was low and it was perceived as difficult or impossible to use the implemented system. It showed that the system is not used freely or is considered an unnecessary system due to the organizational culture, atmosphere, and the transfer of work to other employees. The family-friendly system in police organizations is in the beginning stages of implementation. Therefore, it is necessary for employees to understand the family-friendly system through workplace training and various other methods. Also, the police organizations should adopt various family-friendly systems by understanding the effective systems and make an organizational culture in which the adopted system is available to everyone. A proper family-friendly system can be implemented and stabilized when a family-friendly organizational culture is established and supported systematically. ,韩语论文题目,韩语毕业论文 |
