This study aims to analyze the current status of local journals and s related on North Korea's Early Childhood Education and Child care which was published by 2016 in 1977. The contents and trend of North Korea's Early Childhood Education and Child care is reviewed by analyzing general content, research topic, research methods in thesis and journal relevant with the Child Care and Early Childhood Education in North Korea. It is a meaningful to provide the basic data for research involving North Korea's Early Childhood Education and Child care in the future. In relation to this research, these issues are considered in accordance with the research purposes as follows, 1. What is the general trend of research as regards North Korea's Early Childhood Education and Child care ? 1-1 What is the general trend of Thesis in referenced to North Korea's Early Childhood Education and Child care ? 1-2 What is the general trend of Journals in referenced to North Korea's Early Childhood Education and Child care ? 2. What is the research topic of s in regard to North Korea's Early Childhood Education and Child care ? 2-1 What is the research topic of Thesis in regard to North Korea's Early Childhood Education and Child care ? 2-2 What is the research topic of Journals in regard to North Korea's Early Childhood Education and Child care ? 3. What is the research method of Papers in regard to North Korea's Early Childhood Education and Child care ? 3-1 What is the research method of Thesis in regard to North Korea's Early Childhood Education and Child care ? 3-2 What is the research method of Journals in regard to North Korea's Early Childhood Education and Child care ? This is worked with 256 s which was published in master/doctor’s thesis and journal from 1976 to 2016. These data was reviewed through the Internet Site on RISS(Research Information Sharing Service) and National Assembly Library. A summary of results of this research is as follows. First, for the general trends of North Korea's Early Childhood Education and Child care, it shows that Thesis and Journal has been increased since 1976 and sharply increasing trends since 2011. In terms of Thesis, the number of doctor degree is noticeably decreased compared to its of master degree . It was analyzed that the number of research was reflected on trend of period such as a national of the Cold War policy, the death of leader Kim Jong Il, Friendly policies etc. Second, Policy and system among research topics are taken up many parts in the results of them related to North Korea's Early Childhood Education and Child care. Child care and Course of study was taken with the next highest parts and research of teacher, parents, educational environment and development psychology is similarly increasing since 2000. This may explain why topic of research which turn to in earlier literature has been diversly extended by rising North Korean defector since 2000.
