농업의 6차산업화는 농촌지역의 다양한 유무형의 자원을 활용한 경제활동의 융복합화를 통한 가치창출 수단이다. 그 동안 정체되거나 축소되어온 농업․농촌역할을 확장하여 소득향상... 농업의 6차산업화는 농촌지역의 다양한 유무형의 자원을 활용한 경제활동의 융복합화를 통한 가치창출 수단이다. 그 동안 정체되거나 축소되어온 농업․농촌역할을 확장하여 소득향상과 고용창출을 달성하고, 관련 주체들 사이의 연계 ‧ 협력 과정을 통해 농촌공동체를 활성화 하는 것에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 이러한 정책은 지나친 성과위주 추진보다는 농업의 첨단산업화, 농축산물 수급관리 고도화, 농가소득, 안전농축산물 공급의 기반하에서 문화, 교육, 복지, 국제교류 등 다양한 분야에서 다양성과 창의성이 동반되어 시도되는 것이 바람직하다. 본 연구에서는 정부가 농식품 분야 계획을 통해 가공, 판매, 체험⋅관광 등을 농업과 연계한 6차산업화를 추진하는데 있어서 농업품질에 대한 시사점을 제공하고자 한다. 이와 같은 배경하에서 본 연구에서는 지금까지의 이론과 실증적인 연구결과들을 토대로 관심문제를 도출하였고, 농업품질이 성과향상에 영향을 미칠 수 있음을 알아보는 것이었다. 6차산업 기업의 실무자 및 6차산업 전문가 10명을 대상으로 농업품질과 경영성과 향상 및 지속성에 대한 요인을 심층적으로 조사하였다. 비록 표적집단이 10명의 소수그룹이지만 양적 조사에서 기대할 수 없는 심층적인 분석결과를 얻을 수 있다고 판단했다. 6차산업 기업의 실무자 및 전문가들이 중요시하는 요인을 고찰해보고자 실증연구를 시도하여 학문적, 실무적 시사점을 도출하려 하였으나, 다음과 같은 한계가 있으며 추후 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 구성개념들이 기존의 선행연구들을 탐색적으로 종합한 것으로 보다 연역적인 이론과 모형의 개발이 요구되며, 응답자 주관적인 편견에 의한 오류가 발생할 가능성을 내포하고 있다.

The 6th industrialization of agriculture paves the way for creating values through fusion and convergence of economic activities that make advantage of a wide spectrum of tangible and intangible resources available in agricultural regions. By expanding roles of agriculture and the metaphor of the rural area the importance of which has been dumbed down by far, it is expectedly sure to contribute to invigorating agricultural communities via the process of ties and cooperation among the relevant stakeholders. It is desired that policies concerned be implemented, setting themselves from performance-oriented ones, toward encouraging the diversification and creativity in such many fields as culture, education, welfare and international exchange with focus on advanced agriculture technology, the sophistication for the management of supply and demand of agricultural and stockbreeding products, rural household incomes and supply of safe agricultural/livestock products. The present study aims to provide implications with respect to agricultural quality for the government to initiate the 6th industrialization by linking agriculture to food processing/sales and agrotourism through the proactive planning. Under the background like that, this study drives issues of interest based on conventional theories and empirical research literature to address agricultural quality having the effect on the enhancement of performance. In-depth survey on factors involving the improvement and sustainability of agricultural quality and business performance was made targeting a total of 10 working-level personnel and experts engaged in the 6th industry. Although 10 interviewees were so small to comprise a target group, it was judged that the in-depth surveying could be in compromise to obtain more reliable analysis result not expectable by just relying on a quantitative survey. An empirical study that investigates factors on which those interviewees lay much emphasis was attempted to derive scholarly or practicable implications, but it was concluded that there needs further study due to some limitations. This study takes into consideration prior literature in terms of constructs in an exploratory manner whereby it is required to develop more deductive theory and model; despite the foregoing, it is admitted there this study may include the possibility where there occurs errors arising from subjective bias of interviewees. ，韩语论文，韩语论文 |
