This study is to establish the cause of a difference of cultural factors between China and Korea through the comparison of entertainment shows in China and Korea. In this day and age, the speed of information fusion is accelerating, and a cultural exchange between countries increases and diversifies steadily in the background of globalization. Especially, exchange and collaboration between China and Korea are closely conducted in Asia. In a visual media field, Korean entertainment shows have some strong competition with Chinese entertainment shows. As overall entertainment shows have the biggest impact on China, it already becomes a part of all walks of life. Lately, a standard that the public demand from spiritual entertainment has heightened, so content and form of entertainment shows has greatly improved. Both China and Korea are culturally similar and have a close relationship. Relatively, Korean amusement industry stays ahead of Chinese amusement industry. Especially, overall entertainment shows are crucial to amusement industry. Lately, an exchange of TV program established between China and Korea is developed into that China brings in the mode of Korean entertainment shows. As Chinese entertainment shows are broadcasted in Korean TV media, there are similar entertainment shows in both countries.
