Recently the construct of fun workplace, a kind of new managerial culture, has arisen in both South Korea and China with the rapid change of social environment. More and more people believe that better performance comes with staffs working happily. Therefore, this kind of fun management gains a firm foothold. For the aim to find the effect of fun management and related job satisfaction on organizational commitment, the article discusses whether the mediating of job satisfaction on fun management, organizational commitment and job commitment. Based on the plan, the study model is following. ◁그림 삽입▷(원문을 참조하세요) For forceful argument, the employees are choosen for questionnaire in Pusan, Beijing, Hebei Province, Jilin Province, Liaoning Province and so on. And 232 pairs of survey were collected in Pusan and 217 pairs of survey were collected in China . Then the collected date were analyzed by using SPSS 21.0 to verify hypotheses of this study. Results of this study are summarized as the follows: First, there is positive effect of fun management on the related job satisfaction. Second, there is positive effect of fun management on the organizational commitment. Third, there is meaningful positive effect of related job satisfaction on the organizational commitment. Forth, job satisfaction can plays a total mediate the relationship between fun management and organizational commitment. Can partly mediate the relationship between fun management and job commitment. It shows that the aim of fun management is connecting the willing task for employees with their interest naturally, which then improves the degree of organization commitment. To arouse the enthusiasm of employees and encourage the commitment with fun and interest in fun management. The enterprises should construct a organization, in which the employees trust the organization and their superior, are confident of the organization and business and feel the kind relationship with colleagues. In the organization, the degree of the satisfaction and commitment of employees depend on the application of fun management.
