Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of emotional competence, learning organization and nursing organizational culture on the performance of clinical nurses. Methods: This study was done over a six–month period, with 189 nurses participating from general hospitals with 400 beds in three regions of South Korea. Data were gathered using self-ed questionnaires from Aug. 25 to Sept. 10, 2016. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one way ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficients and multiple regression analyses with IBM SPSS 19.0 program. Results: Nursing performance showed positive correlations with emotional competence, learning organization and nursing organization culture. The significant predictors of nursing performance were emotional competence, learning organization, educational level and clinical career. These variables explained 53.7 percent of the variance in nursing performance. Conclusion: To improve nursing performance, intervention that could enhance their emotional competence and the need for program development to enhance their learning organization, as well as related variables including academic credentials and clinical career, should be considered. ,韩语论文网站,韩语论文 |
