When it comes to the recent trend of native local food restaurants, restaurants try to satisfy the tastes of the moderns, improve customer satisfaction and raise its competitiveness by being compliant with the dietary culture of the moderns, who pursue for the well-being life style, using the local specialties and food ingredients made in traditional ways. Gangwon-do in which the Taebaek Mountains range from the north to the south at length and divide Gangwon-do into Yeongdong and Yeongseo, has quite different characteristics of foods. Yeongdong that means the east of Daegwallyeong, the divide of Baekdudaegan, stands for Gangneung, Donghae, Sokcho and Samcheok. The special zone for the PyeongChang 2018 Olympic recognized by the government and Gangwon-do on January 11, 2014 is based on 「The Special Law on Support for The PyeongChang 2018 Olympic and the Paralympic Winter Games (hereinafter referred to as the Special Law on Support for Games」. The special zone that is designated to support a successful opening of the Olympic Games and even promote sustainable local development of a host city after the games, ranges up to 27.4㎢(9.5 times bigger than Yeouido) of Pyeongchang, Gangneung, Ilwon Jeongseon where the Olympic Games will be held. As for the characteristics of the special zone for the PyeongChang 2018 Olympic, while the zone enjoys boom during the vocation periods in summer and winter, it enters off-season in March, April and May in spring and September, October and November in winter. While travelers, who visit Yeongdong in peak seasons in winter and summer grow and the sales of the restaurants increase, due to unkind services and the problems of parking facilities and unsatisfactory sanitation of toilets of the restaurants and shopping centers, travelers suffers from discomfort. Accordingly, there is a story request that the local government should prepare for measures to solve the unkind services and sanitation, accommodations and information written in foreign languages of the restaurants and shopping centers in Gangneung and Jeongseon, and the restaurants should make general measures for insufficiency of menu in foreign languages and lack of parking lots. Accordingly, in order to accurately understand the problems and suggest measures, this study examines the problems of the special zone for the PyeongChang 2018 Olympic, and solves the biggest dissatisfaction of the sanitary conditions and unkindness of the restaurants, and particularly brings about the consumption improvement of local foods from alien tourists‘revisit. This study can be regarded as academically recognized for research on the effects on satisfaction according to the local foods by analyzing the construction factors to revitalize the local economy in Pyeongchang, Gangneung and Jeongseon. Based on this background, the purpose of this study is to verify the distribution of support to improve selective properties of the native local restaurants, in particular the emphasis to consistently maintain existing customers, and the relationship of satisfaction between existing customers, and suggest strategic implications to have a long -term competitiveness, and contribute to revitalizing the local market by forming positive images on the native local restaurants in the Gangwon-do region. The specific purposes to achieve the goals are as follows. This study examines the effects of service quality on relationship quality and customer loyalty. For this, each factor is composed to understand variables. The specific purposes to achieve the goals are as follows. First, the effects of selective attributes of the native local restaurant (health food, physical environment, service quality, food quality, attractiveness, promotion) on customer satisfaction have been verified. Second, the differences of the native local restaurant (health food, physical environment, service quality, food quality, attractiveness, promotion) according to demographic characteristics have been verified. Third, the differences of customer satisfaction according to demographic characteristic have been verified. Therefore, the specific research goals of this study are as follows. First, this study examines preceding studies on independence, satisfaction to clarify main components, and suggest a comprehensive research model about the relationship with social responsibility. Second, through practical verification of the suggested research model, suitability of the research model is reviewed and research hypotheses on the relationship between variables are established for verification. Third, theoretical and practical suggestions on the results of hypothesis verification are discussed and assignments for the future research are provided. Third, the interest of the researchers is drawn, and methods to influence diversification of the business strategy ranging over the restaurant business are suggested.
