The purpose of this study is to explore the experiences of female Christian counseling experts and understand the essence and significance of their experiences in marital experiences. In-depth interviews were conducted on 9 female Christian counseling experts with the religion of Christianity who acquired over the expert qualification from the four counseling associations (Korean Counseling Association, Korean Counseling Psychological ssociation, Korean Association of Christian Counseling & Psychotherapy, The Korean Society for Pastoral Care & Counseling), and the Colaizzi’s phenomenological method was applied to analyze their statements. The results of the research analysis are as follows: First, the factors of immanent marital conflicts are latent in the hidden side of the marital conflict phenomena experienced by the female Christian counseling experts and it implied the limits of their expert to overcome marital conflicts. The individual immanent factors of conflicts were caused by experience of negative parents and an unconscious motive results in selecting marriage with spouses and the factors of interactive relations such as differences of personalities with spouses, conflicts with husbands’ families and woman’s parents’ homes, upbringing children and various family affairs become conflicts and marital conflicts with mental characteristics based on Korean patriarchal culture along with personal growth history continue. However, after their growth to experts,as they pass through the process of self-awareness and individualization, they are not fear of marital conflicts further and gradually become flexible to marital conflicts. But on the other hand, female Christian counseling experts experience marital role conflicts that could be experienced by married working women and they suffer from the dual burden of domestic labor and external activities and use of professional and difficult counseling terms of female Christian counseling experts, differences of recognition of each other and experience convenience with their husbands due to economic expense supply in the course of acquiring expert of female Christian counseling experts. In these aspects, it implies that the phenomena of martial conflicts were still ongoing and counseling professionalism has the limits to overcome the phenomena of conflicts. Second, the female Christian counseling experts are counseling experts who are taking care of others’ pain but were not exceptional concerning marital conflicts. The phenomenon of their marital conflicts was an extreme conflict. Marital conflicts gave them serious psychological pain and made them experience a phenomenon that went up to an extreme where they were fighting with confrontation. However, when the female Christian counseling experts were experiencing extreme martial conflicts, they had a faith and the faith connected their pain to an ultimate sense of value. In addition, the ultimate sense of value was sublimation of a mission called a Christian counselor. They experience God who acts in the extreme conflicts and risk, and their faith leads them to another level and sublimates to a missionary of a warm carer that is the ultimate sense of value. Third, the female Christian counseling experts who experienced extreme conflicts grow up together. They grow to a human being after deviating from attachment to their husbands and to female Christian counseling experts. They showed the appearance of the females who experienced inequality and suppression in a patriarchal culture, embrace a subject of life of the unavoidable marital conflict and achieve life growth in individual life and professional life. As conflict is confrontation for female Christian counseling experts in the caring site and suppression is emotion of discordance, those can be the factors of vanishment. Nevertheless, the emotion of pain such as an extreme conflict and suppression became hidden potential power for them. The potential power became therapeutic resources of love and care and made them grow to warm, nurturing and devotional female Christian counseling experts. Even though various theories of counseling are abundant in bookstores, people in the 21st century still suffer from pain. This study is significant in that it implies that an extreme conflict confronted in life by Christian counseling experts who are aiming at growth has a paradoxical interaction with growth and the risk of an extreme conflict connects with an ultimate sense of value and therefore, renews religious values of Christian counseling experts that see human problems. In addition, it proved by a practical and qualitative study from pursuing the experiential marital conflicts experienced by female Christian counseling experts instead of literature and theories that human conflict and pain bring about growth, and it pointed out the limitations of theoretical counseling intervention technologies in counselor‘s growth and helps overcome the pain of marital conflicts encountered in life and finally plan the growth of balanced and perfect Christian counseling experts. ,韩语论文网站,韩语论文题目 |
