For the sustainable development of Busan National Geopark, it is important not only to have a large number of Geosites but also to keep a good geodiversity of Geosites with various landscape resources. The purpose of this study is to develop new landscape resources that have not been used in the existing Geosites and to propose new Geosites for the Busan National Geopark. The research methods of the study are as followed. Firstly, spatial databases list of landscape resources were constructed through literature review. Secondly, three types of spatial database, landscape resources database of Busan National Geopark, natural and cultural resources database proposed by expert group and database of Google Panoramio geo-tagged photos, were constructed. Thirdly, overlay analysis have been conducted with three types of spatial database using ArcGIS. Lastly, the hotspots of landscape resources were detected using Kernel density analysis on the database of nature and culture landscape resources proposed by expert group and Panoramio geo-tagged photos. The result of this study is as follows. First, there are 122 landscape resources in Busan National Geopark: 54 of them are geological, followed by 17 geomorphological landscape resources, 6 ecological landscape resources, 9 cultural and historical landscape resources, 3 scenic spot, and 33 mixed resources. The combination of geology and geomorphology comprises the largest proportion in mixed resources. Next, according to the database of natural and cultural resources which are proposed by the experts group, there are 124 geological resources, 220 geomorphological resources, 203 ecological resource, and 117 cultural and historical resources. In addition to the 12 Geosites, there are new landscape resources in Gadeokdo, Jeoryeong coast, Samgaksan, Haeundae, and Gijang coast. Second, among the 615 geo-tagged pictures collected from Google Panoramio which are related to the public preference, there are 384 (63%) cultural landscapes, 126 (20%) natural landscapes, and 105 (17%) scenic spot landscapes. Both the distribution of landscapes, proposed by the experts and the distribution of landscapes based on the public preference—determining from the geo-tagged pictures—can be characterized as being concentrated alongside the coast. However, while the distribution of landscapes, proposed by the experts are concentrated in Geumjeongsan-Dongnae-Busan station line and river side of Nakdonggang and its estuary area, the distribution of landscapes by the Google Panoramio scenes are spread throughout Busan. Third, 7 out of 12 Geosites have additional 41 landscape resources that could be utilized. The 7 Geosites are Nakdonggang estuary, Morundae, Songdo peninsula, Taejongdae, Geumjeongsan, Orbicular Gabbro, and Baegyangsan. Fourth, people preferred the Jinwoo-do, western coastal of Morundae, Taejongdae cruise, Jeoryeong Coastal Walkway, Forest trails of Baegyangsan and Seongjigok catchment area. Last, 7 new Geosites of Busan National Geopark can be proposed, which are southern part of the Gadeokdo, eastern part of the Gadeokdo, Jeoryeong coast, Baegunsan, Samgaksan, Haeundae, and Gijang coast. Compared to the seven 7 districts, hotspots of Google Panoramio data There are three meaningful aspects from the results of this study. First, compared to the Geopark studies which had focused only on Geology, this study synthetically focuses on the natural and cultural landscape of Geosites, which accords with the concept of Geopark of USCO. Second, people’s preference in Geopark has been considered in the landscape analysis by using geo-tagged landscape photo. Last, this study could contribute to improve the Geosites and propose new Geosites in Busan National Geopark. These results are significant because it can be used as a base data for the certification of International Geopark by improving geodiversity in Geopark. ,韩语论文题目,韩语论文题目 |
