The purpose of this study is to verify effects of Career Decision Level of the cultural acceptance and Career Identity of Chinese student targeting Chinese students.
As the respondents to the questions above, total 236 Chinese students at five universities and chinese language service department in church in busan. In this study was used for measuring the acceptance scale, career identity scale and Career decision level scale.
The result of this study are as follows.
First, There is no meaningful relationship between cultural acceptability and career identity. Second, cultural acceptance about the career identity been shown to not meaningful in statistics at the level of influence. Third, The whole cultural acceptability about Career decision level been shown to meaningful in statistics at the level of influence. Fourth, The whole career identity about Career decision level been shown to meaningful in statistics at the level of influence. Fifth, The cultural acceptance and career identity about Career decision level been shown to meaningful in statistics at the level of influence.
Therefore, Chinese students first need to improve their own career identity before concidering cultural acceptance to increase the level of Chinese student's Career decision because according to the relationship between cultural acceptance and career identity, it is hard to find both factors have connection each other much. Nevertheless, there should be a need to study new factor influencing between cultural acceptance and career identity.
