Abstract:

Taste is one of the five most people feel, and sense of taste is to express the feelings of taste feeling words, natural any kind of speech are more or less certain amount of taste words. Because feel the same, so different ethnic groups has a similar taste and taste words; and because of the difference of culture, so different ethnic entrusts with the sense of taste words civilization send righteousness each have differences. China and South Korea have a sense of words in the words, the words of taste in China and South Korea are described in the two kinds of words also constitute their own vocabulary system. Based on the tongue taste buds, the positioning of the research object as "sweet, bitter, sour, salty, spicy" five gustatory adjectives, this paper on the cognitive learning to speak as the research angle of view, through to China and South Korea are two speak taste adjectives composition similarities and differences between the types of meanings and conduct comparative studies, and remind the difference of diet culture between China and South Korea. The paper is composed of five parts: one is the introduction of this department, the goal and significance of this topic, the status of the subject, research methods are briefly introduced; the two is to study Chinese and Korean scholars to describe the taste of word types, meaning, cultural connotation of their knowledge, the integration point in comparison with both sides this, basically to taste adjectives stop classification is superstition; two is through the process of China and South Korea taste descriptive comparative analysis, to remind Chinese semantic relationship between symmetry and non symmetry; three is the assessment and taste description semantic extension mechanism, to explore the two taste words metaphor to describe the drawing and metonymy path; the original conclusion section, summarized a comprehensive summary of the preceding discussion. In addition, the lack of the paper to make up for the lack of explanation.
