This problem has become an important achievement in the process of business growth in China and South korea. This article from the theoretical analysis of the trade deficit, the historical track of combined Chinese and Korean commercial growth, from the angle of economics, empirical analysis of the causes of current China ROK trade deficit and to retreat, the left bias put forward countermeasures and suggestions, in the hope of trade between China and South Korea to redouble their healthy growth. This paper is divided into four departments, the first part analyzes the reasons of trade deficit occurred and the impact on the business from the practical aspect. Part four puts forward how to better processing trade between China and South Korea in the emergence of the achievements that China must adjust to South Korea import and export commodity structure; reasonable application of South Korea's direct investment in China, driven by China's belongings growth; reduction of tariff and non-tariff barriers; to promote Korean free business agreements. Through the analysis of the process of this system, the author thinks that China and South Korea business growth in Ankang is consistent with regional and bilateral and even world economic benefits, and is not change.
