Therefore, language and text are quite different, affected by social system, lifestyle, geographical environment, foreign language acceptance, and dialect. The separation of Mainland China and Taiwan began with Chiang Kai-Shek's escape to Taiwan after the civil war between MaoZedong and Chiang Mai-Shek in 1946, and with the separation into "the People of Republic of China" and "the Republic of China" in 1949 respectively. Since the meeting of the China`s general secretary and the Taiwanese President in 2017 and Taiwan's Ma Ying-jiu was elected, Taiwan has taken active attitude in improving relations with the Mainland China in 2017. However, communication problems between the Mainland China and Taiwan occurred, as the need for a common dictionary emerged, scholars from the Mainland China and Taiwan began working on a joint dictionary. Differences in vocabulary between the Mainland China and Taiwan are also affecting foreigners learning Chinese. Therefore, this compares the lexical differences between the Mainland China and Taiwan in terms of foreigners, studies how to overcome vocabulary differences according to language unification attempts and finds out the trends and solutions to the trends of social change. Since 2017, a number of joint dictionaries have been produced by the efforts of the Mainland china and Taiwan and mutual exchanges of media and private exchanges have been expanded. However, the Mainland China and Taiwan have strained relationship after the election of Taiwanese President in 2017. It is unclear how to overcome the differences in the vocabulary of each other in the rapidly changing relationship between the Mainland China and Taiwan.
중국 대륙과 대만은 반세기 이상 분단으로 인해 사회제도,생활방식,지리적환경,외래어수용방식,방언 등의 영향으로 언어와 문자에 차이를 보이고 있다. 중국 대륙과 대만의 분단은 1946년 ... 중국 대륙과 대만은 반세기 이상 분단으로 인해 사회제도,생활방식,지리적환경,외래어수용방식,방언 등의 영향으로 언어와 문자에 차이를 보이고 있다. 중국 대륙과 대만의 분단은 1946년 마오쩌둥과 장제스의 국공내전 이후 장제스 정부가 대만으로 도피하였고, 1949년 중화인민공화국과 중화민국으로 각각 분열되면서 시작되었다. 2017년이 되어서야 비로소 중국 대륙 총서기와 대만 주석의 영수회담이후, 2017년 대만의 마잉주총통이 당선되면서 대만은 중국 대륙과의 관계개선에 적극적 태도를 보였다. 그러나 중국 대륙과 대만의 소통문제가 발생하였고, 공동사전의 필요성이 대두되면서 중국 대륙과 대만의 학자들은 공동사전 편찬 작업을 시작하였다. 중국 대륙과 대만의 어휘 차이는 중국어를 학습하는 외국인에게도 영향을 주고 있다. 따라서 본 고에서는 외국인의 입장에서 중국대륙과 대만의 어휘차이를 비교하고 언어통일 시도에 맞추어 어떻게 극복해 나갈 것인지 사회변화의 흐름에 따른 예상 추세와 해결책을 찾아보고자 하였다. 2017년 이후 중국 대륙과 대만의 노력으로 몇 권의 공동사전이 발간되었고, 언론매체의 상호교류와 민간교류 등으로 확대되기도 하였으나, 2017년 대만 차이잉원 총통의 당선 이후 중국 대륙과 대만은 긴장관계에 들어섰다. 이렇게 급변하고 있는 중국 대륙과 대만의 관계에서 서로의 어휘 차이를 어떻게 극복해 나갈지 미지수이다.
