본 논문은 한국어 색채어를 활용하여 원활하게 의사소통을 할 수 있다는 것을 목적으로 삼아 교재에 나타나는 색채어와 실제상황에서 사용빈도가 높은 색채어에 대해 조사하여 이에 대한 ... 본 논문은 한국어 색채어를 활용하여 원활하게 의사소통을 할 수 있다는 것을 목적으로 삼아 교재에 나타나는 색채어와 실제상황에서 사용빈도가 높은 색채어에 대해 조사하여 이에 대한 문제점과 한국어 색채어 교수 학습 정보를 구축하고자 한다. 색채어는 사회발전과 밀접한 관계에 있으며 사회의 발전에 따라서 색채어도 다양하게 변화하고 있다. 한국 사회, 경제, 문화가 급속으로 발달하고 있으며 색채어는 이에 따라 급속히 발달하게 된다. 이는 사회, 과학, 문화 등에 발달에 따라서 새로운 현상, 제품 등을 나타나서 사람들이 언어적 방식으로 표현하는 요구가 강해지는 것이다. {흰색}을 대신에 {아이보리색} 또는 {크림색}을 사용하고 {검은색}을 대신에 {블랙}을 쓰며, {분홍색}을 대신에 {핑크}를 쓰는 현상은 한국에 옷을 살 때 종종 들을 수 있는 색채어이다. 이는 외래어의 유입으로 기존의 색채어를 대신 외래어를 쓰는 현상이다. 또한 기존 색채어가 존재하지 않은 경우 빈자리를 채우는 색채어도 있다. {카키}(khaki)는 이에 대응하는 예이다. 외래어의 유입으로 한국어의 색채어는 다양해지게 된다. 한국어를 제2외국어로 배운 외국인 유학생들은 비록 영어에 대한 교육을 받아왔지만 한국어는 외래어의 발음 그대로 표기하는 것이 아니라 외래어 표기법에 따라 표기하기 때문에 외래어 색채어의 교육이 필요하다고 생각된다. 본 논문은 한국어를 배운 외국인 유학생들이 한국어 색채어를 실제 의사소통 상황에서 원활하게 의사소통을 할 수 없다는 것을 하나의 문제점으로 해서 한국 국내의 5개 교육기관의 교재와 의류패션의 거래명세서를 연구대상으로 해서 실제 상황에서 사용하고 있는 색채어가 교재에 잘 반영되고 있는지에 대한 문제점을 제기하고자 한다. 본고는 패션에 관한 모든 품목을 조사하게 된 원인은 의류에 국한되어 있지 않고 한국에 와서 유학을 온 유학생은 쇼핑하기 (또한 이와 관련 직업)에 대해 이해와 표현한 능력이 있어야 하며 더 다양하게 제시하도록 범위를 넓히게 된다. 한국어 색채어에 대한 교수·학습 정보 구축하기 위해 본고는 다음과 같은 방법으로 연구를 진행하고자 한다. 제1장에서는 본 연구의 연구 목적 및 필요성, 연구방법, 선행연구를 살펴볼 것이다. 제2장에서 이론적인 배경에 대해서 살펴보도록 한다. 여기에서 색채어에 대한 개념적인 설명을 살펴볼 것이며 또한 한국어 색채어의 분류에 대해 살펴보도록 한다. 제3장에서 5개 교육기관에 출판된 교재를 초급·중급·고급 나누어서 교재에 단계적으로 교재에 나타난 색채어를 조사 분석하도록 한다. 제4장에서 실제상황에서 사용하고 있는 색채어의 실태를 조사하기 위해 동대문과 남대문 의류패션의 거래명세서에서 나타나는 색채어를 통계 분석하는 방법으로 이를 살펴볼 것이다. 제5장에서 앞에서 살펴보았던 내용을 요약하고 정리하며 색채어에 대한 다양한 교수 학습 정보를 구축하고자 한다.
