We are a racially homogeneous nation. It is undeniable stark reality. But, since we experienced the Korean War. we have lived as different nations for half a century. but we strongly believe we are a racially homogeneous nation. We know and feel we as soon as bring a country under a single authority. Following two nation's established form, we have different language planning. as a result it happen different thing that orthography rules, spacing words and pronunciation, especially the side of a vocabulary is more serious.
In the latter half of the 1960s, the Democratic People´s Republic of Korea established 'Munhwa language' on the basis of Pyeong-yang language so they carried out a language planning and also the Republic of Korea carried out a language planning through the standard language. We don't have close interchange because of different politics or an idea, which occurred difference of a language. Such difference of a language is more aggravative our national separation. Moreover we worried that a language difference is considered as normal in generation of our juveniles who will assumed our future. Therefore have to know how North and South Korea have different language and how they use it. Also we will change society visual that takes difference of a language for granted.
The best way to overcome the difference and let them know the Democratic People´s Republic of Korea use a same language and we're a nation is to know what the difference are between 'Munhwa language' and 'korean' and to notify it to new generation.
Through this treatise, I hope our juveniles who will assumed our future can know language of the Democratic People´s Republic of Korea, and they can have the power to lead the country. There are some words that "If you know your enemy and yourself, you can win every battle." Unless we know perfectly each other we won't begin mutual understanding and a desirable single authority.
So this treatise is planning to depict easier than existing treatise that is connected to difference of language between the Republic of Korea and the Democratic People´s Republic of Korea.
Of course, In order to study the Democratic People´s Republic of Korea's language, it is good way to visit the Democratic People´s Republic of Korea. But this way is restricted by political problem and difficulty of material collection, so analysis of this treatise is based on high class middle school's a textbook that we can compare language of the Republic of Korea and the Democratic People´s Republic of Korea with.
Good way of study is learning a system and content of the Democratic People´s Republic of Korea's textbook. But I think the study of langue used in real life is also a meaningful method.
