Based on the syntactic structures of 《Modern Chinese》 written by Huang Borong and Liao Xudong, the study establishes the classification criteria for simple sentences and complex sentences on Korean and Chinese internet news headlines. On the basis of the classification criteria, the Korean internet news headlines (419) published on the Chosun Ilbo website from March to September 2016 and the Chinese internet news headlines (500) published on the People's Daily website from March to September 2016 are divided into simple sentences and complex sentences. Then simple sentences are divided into simple sentences with subject-predicate structures and simple sentences without subject-predicate structures, and complex sentences are divided into combined complex sentences and modified complex sentences. In order to study the structures of the Korean and Chinese Internet news headlines in deep, simple sentences with subject-predicate structures (subjects and predicates), the combined complex sentences(coordinate complex sentences , consistent complex sentence, commentary complex sentences, progressive complex sentence, and selective complex sentence) and modified complex sentences (casual complex sentences, transitional complex sentences, objective complex sentences, hypothetical sentences, and conditional sentences) are analyzed in details. With the study of the structures of the Korean and Chinese internet news headlines, similarities and differences between them are found out. In accordance with the findings, the tactics on Korean to Chinese internet news headlines translation are established, which include addition, transition, substitution, deletion, additional Information, conclusion, extraction.
